Kent D. Starwalt
Executive Vice President
Kent D. Starwalt is the executive vice president. He is responsible for the day to day operations of the association and is TRBA’s lobbyist. Prior to coming to TRBA in 1996, Mr. Starwalt previously was the Director, Contractors Division & State Activities for ARTBA.
Regina Bell
Director of Meetings and Committee Services
Regina Bell serves as the association’s Director of Meetings and Committee Services and has worked for TRBA for over 45 years.

Director of Finance
Tara Rader, who joined TRBA in 1998, is the Director of Finance.

Stacy Wimsatt, who began working for the association in 2001, is the Director of Communications.
